Hayley Boldish Cronquist joined Wendy H. Schwartz and Associates in the fall of 2018. She has experience in civil proceedings and is passionate about elder and family legal matters. Hayley is compassionate and dedicated to providing clients with competent and effective legal services.
Hayley was born and raised in Gilby, North Dakota. She graduated with a B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 2013. She received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 2018.
Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Hayley moved to New York City and worked as a paralegal and office manager at the Ottinger Firm, P.C., a plaintiff-side employment law firm. While in law school, Hayley co-founded the Family Law Society, serving as the president. Additionally, Hayley worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable John McCabe at D.C. Superior Court in the spring of 2017. Judge McCabe’s domestic relations calendar permitted Hayley to experience the inner workings of a family law courtroom. In the summer of 2017, she worked as a legal intern at the Department of Justice with the Elder Justice Initiative. In her last semester of law school, she was a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she aided low-income clients seeking justice in wage theft cases. Hayley lives in Washington, D.C. and enjoys hiking, camping, and snowboarding.
Hayley’s admission to the District of Columbia bar is pending.
